Last night we celebrated the end of the first grade for Daniel. The school had a Christmas program for grades 1st-4th. We could hardly believe how many people were there for the program. Grana and Grandpa and rest of us had to squeeze in where ever we could find a seat.
Daniel sang as part of the Choir. There were 6 songs mixed in with a drama. The story line was of insects trying to discover the reason for all the food and presents this time of year. Finally they learned that the humans are celebrating Christmas, the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
It was a cute program.
We are so proud of Daniel and all that he has learned this past year. He is really growing. We pray that he will not only grow physically and in general knowledge, but most importantly, that he will grow in his knowledge and love of the Lord.

What a cute idea to tell the Christmas story from the point of view of insects! Daniel is looking so grown up. I can't believe he's already finished 1st grade! Those pictures of the kids in your earlier post are adorable. Such little cuties! We're looking forward to seeing all of you soon!

Thanks for all the cute pictures! I wish I could have been there to see but I know I wouldn't have understood anything anyway. =) Still wish I could have seen it.
I can't believe that he is going to be in SECOND grade. Wow how time flies. And Hannah will start kindergarten. I was just looking at pictures from Albert and Kalli's wedding and there is a VERY cute picture of Daniel and Hannah walking down the aisle. I can't believe how much both of them have changed.
Mom and I are enjoying being together but wishing so much that you were here too. We miss you tons!
